The ADAPT4CE kickoff meeting took place on 26 February 2025 at NTUA in Athens. The announcement, published on 28 February, describes a hybrid event hosted by the University of Athens with more than 30 online participants and eight attending in person.

Partners discussed the programme’s work on circular construction, AI-supported deconstruction, additive manufacturing, digital twins and blockchain-enabled supply-chain transparency. The meeting introduced the partners’ research roles and helped align the collaboration.
